Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase from Halo Yoga. If something doesn’t fit, feel right, or meet your expectations, we’ve got your back.
Return Eligibility
You may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags (if any) must still be attached
- Items must be returned in the original packaging
⚠️ Custom or personalized items (with name/number) are non-returnable unless defective.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or style, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You’ll receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email us at support@haloyoga.store with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return
- Reason for return
2. We’ll respond with return instructions and a shipping address.
3. Package the item carefully and ship it back using any trackable method.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund—no extra cost to you.
