Returns & Refunds
At Halo Yoga, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help you get it sorted.
1. Return Window
You may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or return.
2. Return Eligibility & Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your items must meet the following criteria:

Condition: Items must be in new, unwashed, and original condition. However, we also accept items that have been lightly used for testing purposes.

Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging with tags still attached.

Exclusions: Custom or personalized items (such as those with custom names or numbers) are non-returnable unless they arrive defective or damaged.
3. How to Initiate a Return
All returns must be conducted via mail. Please follow these steps:

Request: Email us at support@haloyoga.store with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason.

Review: Our team will review your request. If approved, we will email you a return shipping label. If rejected, we will provide a clear explanation.

Ship: Pack your items securely, attach the provided label, and send the package back to us.
4. Fees & Shipping Costs

Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.

Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
5. Refund Process

Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Credit: Approved refunds will be automatically applied to your original payment method.

Timeframe: Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
